Nikki is the oldest sibling in a family of three girls. All three spent a season working together cheering professionally for the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders and have come to be known in the area as "The Bell Sisters". After her two years with the team she left to focus her attention on her acting career while her sisters Danielle-Lynn and Paige chose to continue with the team.
In 2008 Nikki was selected along side 4 other NFL teammates to be sent overseas and represent the Philadelphia Eagles in a Military Goodwill Tour.
