Brendan Behan in the stage adaptation of Behan's memoir "Borstal Boy," directed by Eugene O'Sullivan at the Academy Playhouse (later Academy Festival Theatre) in Lake Forest, Illinois, in 1971. The younger Behan was portrayed by
