Gaffes
The whole plot is based on a fact that the couple cannot afford a 1MEUR house but they somehow have 700kEUR from the proceeds of their current apartment on their bank account. If that was their equity they would have no problem getting the missing 300kEUR from a bank. If their equity is less than that their bank would never have allowed the sum to stay on their bank account with an outstanding balance on their current loan.
