Unlike the other review, I did watch the entire movie, so you don't have to.
A man comes to Manila to work remotely for a call center. The company puts him up at a condo. The neighbors make a lot of noise of distress which turns out to be a Dominatrix and her client a male slave. Cholo then gets involved with the Domme personally.
This movie has so many problems. First, the main male (Cholo) character keeps thinking the woman (who it turns out is the Domme) is being harmed, yet the voice & crying he hears from nextdoor is obviously a man's voice. Second, he harasses the Domme a number of times to the point it could jeopardize her career, even calling the building's security on her until finally he harasses her at her car, she complains profusely and then immediately invites him out for drinks as friends? Huh? (This is all early in the movie, so no spoilers here) It gets much worse later on.
There's an entire second story (only connected later on) which is the slave who is a chef and his nephew who is heavily in dept to loan sharks. Most of this story is ridiculous. People doing stupid things that wouldn't happen in real life. Also there is a sub-story of a friend of the nephew who is looking into where some money went from the uncle's bank account. This friend is able to access information & video that a bank or law enforcement couldn't. Plus this friend loans him a large sum of money he doesn't have to pay back & are just frat buddies from college. Again ridiculous. The ending is maybe the most ridiculous though.
This is a Vivamax movie. Normally that means a lot of nudity & sex scenes. There is no real nudity or sex until almost halfway thru. There really isn't much in this movie. And minimal BDSM, mostly in dialogue.
The script is a piece of garbage. The direction is worse. So many continuity issues that should have been caught. The acting especially from Ali Asistio who plays Cholo the male leads is amateurish. Tell Asistio to give up on the decaf as it was like he was asleep thru the entire movie.
This movie fails on all points. They got nothing right. One of the worst movies I've seen in years.
