Movie within a Movie - Where is the Movie

Okay, so there is a movie within a movie and that is all about it. Though the movie has received some international awards and has a different concept but frankly there is one thing missing in it...that is the movie. Ideally it is a movie within a movie, so there is should have been 2 movies but you don't find one either. So it is as confusing as this and I feel I lost 72 minutes of my life for this. I have seen a lot of short films, offbeat films, non commercial cinema and loved it but this is has nothing to offer. The budget is low but for this kind I don't think you need any. It looks interesting till mid way but the climax is very confusing and makes you feel weird. I wonder how can some people find these kind of things interesting.
