The Real Thing

I was stumped a bit by this movie's title "The Real Thing", but after viewing concluded that it is the natural beauty of star Lilly James, plus her understated performance, that makes it seem real. New to the Missa X troupe, like a similar newbie Sloan Rider she projects a naturalness that is quite different from the "pro glamour" look of the industry's top MILFs like Alexis Fawx and Cherie DeVille.

She's introduced injured after jogging, looking very sexy (and busty) in her athletic outfit. Stepson Nathan Bronson cares to her elbow wound and it's clear he is very close to his mom.

Ricky Greenwood directs two XXX scenes, first presenting an erotic flashback as Lilly takes a shower, showing her humping young stud A. J. after they come home from a party. Second scene has her inevitably seduced by son Nathan after they eat Chinese take-out food and he gives mom a shoulder massage.

Video is quite unusual in its integration of lactation into a very mainstream porn feature. Caused when she's feeling aroused, Lily's nipple dripping with milk is quite subtle, compared to a fetish video where such content would bring all action to a halt, so the viewer could dwell on that kink. Director Ricky Greenwood avoids that pitfall.

Lilly is arousing, whether being shy or when she gets highly physical during the explicit scenes. She's not expressive (or overacting) like her MILF peers, and it's nice to see an actress in this role who's pushing 50, not another 30-something.

James did a fine job in Lesbian mode in Girlfriends Films' "Lesbian Stepdaughters 2", so hopefully Missa X will cast her for her all-girl Allherluv label too.
