Director Johan Kling had a tremendous success with "Darling" three years ago. Personally, I didn't quite understand all that fuzz, but I would have more understanding, if it was about the follow-up "Puss" ("Kiss" in Swedish).
It's about this young theatre group and if you've been in such an environment, you'll recognize all the types immediately. The producer on breakdown edge, the secret lesbian, the girl who never smiles, the "ugly" girl thirsting for love, the don juan, the technician who looks like a murderer. It is all very funny and these people are very lovable.
But the script is also elegant and all pieces fall together in the end. Can't think of any detail which is forgotten and which doesn't finally find its meaning.
Quite clever.
