Haskins vs Bird was a very nice opener, going around 10 minutes and having a lot of heat and good offense in it (***1/2). Eddie vs Ashmore was a match that happened. Jigsaw had a very nice debut in PROGRESS, showing off everything he can do, while Havoc did a good job working a very basically structured match that accentuated his opponent and getting the crowd going (***1/4 or so). BIG LADS TAG GOOD LORD; brawling, big power moves, huge strikes, a few athletic moments for the spectacle, crowd going wild, and just insane setpiece spots; this is the kind of all-action match that is right in my taste and it felt like an ultimate confrontation where War Machine finally got their win; the best in this trilogy (**** to ****1/4). Time for the MOST BIG LAD in WALTER, who absolutely fucking killed it here as he has this whole year; this was an utter slugfest that showed these two had no need to feel anything out; the striking and fire in this was absolutely insane with a strong build to the finish; WALTER is the perfect Atlas Champ (****1/2). Webster vs Dunne also happened; I do like Damian's No Fun gimmick after hearing praise for so long (**1/2). BSS vs CCK was a lot like the Ch. 50 main event in that it was constant wild offense with a hot crowd and little else; there was never a dull moment, but that made the whole match a little more dull, if that makes sense; Banks working from beneath for a few minutes was the best part about this whole near-30-minute match, but WOW the fans were going bonkers (***1/4 to ***1/2). A strong show to debut in a new city with, with 2 awesome matches, but I think that main event is going to end up overrated.
