Not really porno but strange realism.

Too much realism misleading in different directions. Main character has sexual problem and not trying to resolve it somehow to our viewing pleasure. Multiple situations with women looks like a fillers and add nothing to movie. Exactly as in real life characters trying things because nothing better expected. As this is safari trip in Africa expect animals being killed for no reason.
