Gaffes
When adult Billy(Mark Harmon) finally gets to his mother, Ginny's, home, they have dinner with younger adult sister, Hope(Helen Hunt), and they discuss Hope's pregnancy. But over dinner Hope is drinking wine. Especially in the late 1980's the connection between alcohol and pregnancy was prevalent and women were warned of not drinking while pregnant, so this is out of character.

I loved this movie

This is one that I have in my collection at home that is one of my favorites. Those that I have loaned it to love it also. Jodie Foster was incredible as was the rest of the cast. It was a very sweet story and only wish it had received more recognition.
