Gaffes
During the filming, Elvis and Priscilla go to Las Vegas. On an outside shot, in background they show The Landmark Hotel. This is not possible since the hotel was not built until 1969.

Decent but not more than that

This flick about Elvis and Priscilla is based on the book by Priscilla. Keep in mind that it is written from her point of vieuw. In the book she also mentions Elvis' tender sides and his generosity, but in this movie Elvis is moping, violent and generally bad tempered. There are always two sides of the story and Elvis is no longer here to tell his.

Dale Midkiff doesn't comes across as Elvis. Black hair, sideburns and sunglasses aren't enough to make it work. Susan Walters does resemble Priscilla very well and is able to portray her from a teenager into a woman.

All in all a decent watch, but not more than that.
