Shot on location in Kimmswick, Missouri, on the banks of the Mississippi River, 25 miles south of St. Louis. Founded in 1859, Kimmswick's small historical district had 100 residents and quaint gift and craft shops. A new refurbished paddle wheel river boat was scheduled for tourist excursions starting in summer 2017.
