The star of this drama through and through is Imran Ashraf (Bhola). His portrayal of the mentally challenged Bhola is Oscar worthy. I have not seen such brilliant acting in a long time. Iqra Aziz (Noori) also shines in her role and without her this drama would be nothing. Both have acted outstandingly well.
The storyline is so gripping, full of unexpected surprises. For a character that was established as a strong, independent woman, Noori sure makes a lot of bad decisions.
Chacha (from an Ooncha Khandan) and Sahir (a Maulvi's son) are sad products of a society driven by greed and lust, which has become so depraved that people kill and maim each other for material gain and morality is dead.
Bhola's mother and Jannat bibi reflect most of our naive population that are constantly taken advantage of in our dog-eat-dog world.
Definitely a drama worth watching and with a powerful message as well.
Noori - Portraying a role of a girl with strong values
Bhola - A true example of purity and innocence
Got a very different n heart touching story after a long time. I congratulate each and every person associated for making this wonderful drama.
