Anecdotes
The series was cancelled after only two seasons. This is mostly due to poor reviews and ratings. Many saw the show as an attempt to redo "The King of Queens" which was further emphasized when Leah Remini was brought on as a love interest. The writers decided to write Remini's character as a business partner.

Gaffes
Both Kevin and Vanessa are retired cops after 20 years on the force. This time frame does not add up to their age now.

Terrible

Enough of L Remini! The first season was fantastic, then they kill the off the best actor and bring her in!!!??? What were they thinking? Give the air time to something and somebody worth watching ..... not Remini.....Just Disgusting
