Related to Eugene W. Biscailuz, who held office as Los Angeles County Sheriff from 1932-1958. Biscailuz was also appointed
Superintendent of the California Highway Patrol, organizing the vast
highway patrol system for the entire state of California that still
exists today. He also worked as the technical advisor on several episodes of the 1957 TV show "Code 3", as well as appearing in the show as himself.
