John Latham est né le 23 février 1921 à Livingstone, Northern Rhodesia [aujourd'hui Zambia]. Il était réalisateur et acteur. Il est connu pour Talk Mr Bard (1961), Unclassified Material (1960) et Unedited Material from the Star (1960). Il était marié à Barbara Steveni. Il est mort le 1 janvier 2006 à Londres, Angleterre, Royaume-Uni.
