840 is a cinematic embarrassment from start to finish. Directed by Farooki, this film is a perfect storm of terrible direction, atrocious writing, and lifeless performances.
The direction is so clueless it feels like scenes were cobbled together with no thought for pacing or logic. Emotional moments drag, action sequences are incoherent, and tension is nonexistent.
The script is an abomination. Dialogue is cringe-worthy, packed with clichés and lines so unnatural you'd think they were written by an alien. The plot, if it even exists, is a chaotic mess that defies logic at every turn.
To make matters worse, the acting is stiff and unconvincing. Not a single character feels real or worth caring about.
Visually cheap and paired with a mismatched soundtrack, this film is a painful waste of time. Avoid it at all costs.
