Celeste Barber: Fine, thanks

This was my first time seeing Celeste. I've seen a ton of standup during my life and she is unique although this may not have been her peak. So, the show starts out with some funny stuff that's not out loud funny but still entertaining. About halfway through she hits her stride. Her physical style is part of her quirky charm. It is refreshing because her movements fit her personality and material. She naked herself relatable. There were quite a few punchlines that were laugh out loud funny but cerebral. There was also a few moments where she moved on quickly if it wasn't hitting quite right. Those parts had potential, but the jokes felt rushed. I will seek out her other performances to see how they went because I really think she is funny.
