The Book Club

These 3 Girlsway episodes, issued on VOD in 2022 and then DVD two years later, have one thing in common: zero believability. Best to watch oblivious of the stories' silliness, and wait for the pots of gold, namely hot Sapphic sex delivered by talented actresses.

In "Book Club of One", two of Adult Cinema's great beauties: Evelyn Claire and Alexis Tae team up to pump life into this quite silly tale of fandom and seduction. They have to plow through a ridiculous set-up scene before settling down to quite hot sex on Tae's couch.

As the title telegraphs, the premise is that Cliaire as author of successful romance novels makes an appearnace at a meeting of Tae's book club to do a reading and meet her loyal fans. She discovers that Tae is the only member of this club, but having gone to the trouble of showing up she agrees to do a reading.

Tae specifies a passge from Evelyn's latest novel, a lesbian love scene, and Claire has trouble maintaing focus as she recttes, as Alexis sitting next to her begins masturbating. She repeats the same introductory line over and over and director Bryn Pryor (a/k/a Gus Delario) never stops shooting to advise Claire that she's mispronouncing (in different ways, yet) the word "bosoms". Talk about amateur-night filmmaking!

Of course, the dumb scene is saved by the sympatico actresses acquitting themselves just fine once the XXX action gets underway.

In "Comic Relief", Lacy Lennon and Lily Larimar make a sexy, obviously alliterative team, but this Girlsway vignette is merely an advertisement for Adult Time's animated series "Hentai Sex School".

The girls are giggly over having bought a forbidden Adult comic based on the series, and reading it together get the idea of trying out the sexual positions that were illustrated. Both beauties deliver a hot lesbian scenes, especially Lacy in her fish-net styled pantyhose plus high heels, but of course these talented sex workers are far too skilled at girl/girl sex to fit their "innocent teen" roles. It was difficult to overcome the blatant product placement stressed in the scene set-up and enjoy the main event: explicit sex.

In "Student President", we have a "sex in a schoolroom" opus that stars Booklyn Gray in a schoolgirl costume but styled butch & punk (replete with nose-ring as a highly unlikely teen class president who terrorizes two of her teachers (Serene Siren and zoftig Sheena Ryder).

She catches them making out after class and decides it's time for punishment, though she's the domme in charge and the mature ladies are instantly reduced to tearful, wimpering subs. It's way too fake, though the oral-sex-oriented 3-way that follows is definitely invigorating.

Teach Ryder's very big butt is awfully sexy either in or out of her tight skirt, and Brooklyn relishes spanking both her elders. Serene Siren overdoes her sexual shtick as usual, but the trio's energy makes up for the scene's intentional phoniness.
