Unlike the brain-dead IMDb commenter who felt compelled to write basically the same "worthless" note about most of Joe D'Amato's porn efforts, I like many of Joe's best XXX videos, like PHANTOM and ROBIN HOOD. He didn't sign BLOW-UP, because it's shot on video and a mere throwaway.

Video's hook is the world of still photography, but that's just an excuse for a series of porn loops. English-dubbing doesn't hurt it much because it's plot less, merely the usual sex vignettes, attractive European women and well-hung men.

Surprisingly it makes no reference whatsoever to the Michelangelo Antonioni classic, other than stealing its title.
