Bounty hunters, William Cole (Beau Yotty) and Belle MacLure (Lisa Barnes), arrive in the town of Black Rock in search of outlaws and being rewarded with gold for their capture. Individually, they find out that there is no rule of law in Black Rock. The town is run by a criminal cattle baron, Clayton (John Marrs), who hires outlaws and criminals to do his bidding. An uncontrollable mercenary soon arrives, leaving the good people of Black Rock to fear for their lives.
