This high tension, action driven story pits loving father, Leo Ibiza, against sinister child-killer Walter Karl. Some 9 years ago, Walter Karl is convicted for the brutal murder of 11-year-old Annie Gordon and sentenced to 17 years in prison. Now, out early for good behavior, his release sends shockwaves through the city. Horrorstricken citizens fear that he will again prey on their innocent children. But Walter Karl's transition back to ordinary life is a short one. An unexpected meeting with Leo Ibiza sets off a chain reaction of catastrophic events. Leo's lovely young daughter Jacqueline goes missing and Walter Karl becomes the prime suspect. Leo finds himself in a situation no parent should ever have to face! The richly drawn characters, fast pace, escalating anxiety and disturbing themes, all in their own way, remind us of the frailty of our children's lives. The result is a marvelous moral contemplation of society's standards, citizen's rights, courage for the sake of love and the path to redemption.

Okay, but not more than that...

B class movie, low budget, fine plot.

The plot is okay, it has some plot holes and I find few things illogical, but it is still watchable. I very much liked the twist. It is a bit different from other thrillers.The movie is talking about a big problem in the world and it is depressive.

Michael Madsen and Lazar Rockwood are starring, they did a great job acting, but in my opinion other actors haven't done a good job as those two. It is visible that the movie is low budget and B class.

Still the movie is okay, i don't regret i watched it. Personally, I think there could be a better version of this story with some changes in plot, bigger budget and stronger cast.

Overall the movie is okay, but not so good I would recommend it to my friends, but it is watchable and perfectly fine if you want to kill 81 minutes.
