The Angela Chapters

This was pretty terrible, but it's a hell of a lot better than Slaughtered Vomit Dolls. This is basically a medium-core BDSM pr0n film. It's done in vingnette form, with different actresses playing different aspects of the "Angela" character. (Is Angela even a character, or just more of an idea of a type of character?)

The standout here is the late Babycat, who depicts "Angela's" descent into drugs and sex work. Babycat is the best "actress" of the bunch, though it's unclear if she's acting, per se, or just playing herself. Regardless, she has the best screen presence and her story has a bit of an arc to it, unlike the others.

Much has been said about Valentine's treatment of the women in his films. If what's alleged is true, then these films are exploitative to the core.

Would not recommend.
