Unidentified

At first the film looks like it is a full UFO sci-fi thriller equipped with discussions of UFO's and aliens, etc. I was expecting more of these concepts and less of what I got. Instead, we got a story that handles themes of religious deception and faith. The film ended up being this whole guide on becoming a Christian instead of staying in the sci-fi genre. This disappointed me because the film makes a promise it doesn't keep. However, this film is undeniably thoughtful. I'll give it that. Some of the questions asked throughout the film could use some discussion after watching the film. The themes displayed throughout the film will certainly make the viewer think and talk about these issues. Aside from this, avoid Unidentified if you're a sci-fi fan. Watch Planet of the Apes instead.
