The literal translation of the title of this movie is: Crime in the Fuzziness.
This movie is actually very good despite the fact that the governmental censorship forced it to change the victim to a fake famous writer. Everything else was realistically reflected and told as the way it happened in real life, but audience should be more sympathetic to both the censorship and the movie:
The reason why the victim must be changed to a fake character was because in real life, the victim was a movie star/singer, and more importantly, many similar crimes happened in the Chinese entertainment circle, though most don't end up in suicide/murder. The governmental censorship stepped in because it was afraid that if the movie told the true story 100%, then there would be a huge controversy/storm in the entertainment circle because many would accuse the movie was implying themselves and sue for slander. So to eliminate potential controversy, a fake character was selected.
