Not a representative for the real world, but can be viewed as good

The literal translation of the title of this film is: Erhai Love Incidents.

This film has a typical Hollywood style happy ending but this is far from the truth in real life because most relationships similar to the one in this movie ends up in tragedy. However, such happy ending can be viewed as something good because the director has deviated from the traditional realism of most Chinese movies and such exploration is rare and worth applauding for.
