Probably One Of The Most Memorable Comedy Movies. ♦ 75%

A statue which wherever goes, brings bad luck is the cynosure of this classic. Two families with corporate rivalry first find out about the ill- effects of the otherwise valuable statue bust.

Comedy of errors ensues when the families try to get rid of the statue bust as their business start to tremble. With addition of romantic elements and some of the funniest dialogs in Malayalam cinema, this film works as a family entertainer. It is too late when the guy, whose actually the statue is, confronts both the families. Jagathy Sreekumar's character is funnier than everybody else's and his antics makes most of the second part.

BOTTOM LINE: Highly Recommended as it is a staple comedy of the 90s.
