La otra

La Otra is a unique story in which a man marries a woman due solely to the fact that she looks like his past girlfriend whom he thinks is dead. He then discovers that just because his wife looks like "la otra" (the other woman) does not mean she is like her spiritually. This novela has good camera work, different than any other novela i have seen and with beautiful cinematography. It is also psychological and steers clear from clichés. Along with beautiful music and perfect acting (especially Yadhira Carrillo who shines playing dual roles as the protagonist and antagonist). I consider this to be the best novela ever, probably drawing from vaious Hitchcock movies. If only Univision can show it in a better time slot like it deserves. It is being re-shown on Telefutura at 7 AM.
