I remember watching this show myself in my earlier days. The characters are all original (especially Timmy's toothbrush dog) and the show itself is colorful and is a lot of fun. Voices chosen for characters are fantastic as I remember them and suit each character individually. As I have noticed, creators of this show focused more on the show itself than it's purpose to educate kids - which is great in my opinion. By far this is one of the best children's shows I've ever seen.
This might not be interesting to older viewers (not that it's supposed to) but for kids its one heck of a show.
