Excluding the male and female variants of Robin, Corrin, Morgan, Kana, Byleth and Shez, the only heroes to have more than one English language voice actor are Lucina, Palla, Olwen, Sanaki, Byleth (Male), Mia, Elincia, Cherche, Ogma, Lon'qu and Jaffar. Lucina and Palla are both voiced by an uncredited Laura Bailey for their normal variants while Alexis Tipton provides the voice for their other variants. Olwen and Sanaki are voiced by Erin Fitzgerald for their normal variants while Tara Sands and Sara Cravens respectively voice their other variants. Byleth (Male) was originally voiced by Chris Niosi, but was replaced upon the character's release by Zach Aguilar due to the former breaking their nondisclosure agreement. Mia was voiced by Lani Minella up until her summer variant, where she was replaced by the late Philece Sampler (credited as Robin Bell), who in turn was replaced by Anne Yatco starting with her Young variant. Elincia and Cherche were voiced by Amanda Céline Miller until she moved out of Los Angeles, and was replaced by Heather Gonzalez going forward. Ogma and Lon'qu are voiced by Travis Willingham for their normal variants while River Kanoff and Gabe Kunda respectively voice their other variants. Finally, Jaffar was voiced by Walden James up until his Resplendent variant, where he was replaced by Jason Vande Brake.

The addition of Selena the Fluorspar from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones in the "Book V Begins" banner incorrectly credits Julie Ann Taylor as her English voice actress instead of Tiana Camacho, as with before. This is due to Julie Ann Taylor voicing an incarnation of her character Severa as she was depicted in Fire Emblem: Fates, in which Severa used the name Selena as an alias.
