The Darby House was used as the "attic house" in the movie. It's the oldest standing building in the town of Dawson Springs KY. Built in 1886, it looks very much today as it did over 100 years ago.

Errores
At the 1 hour 12 minute mark there is a very noticeable "creepy" doll sitting on a piece of furniture behind the man in the tye dye shirt and hat. The doll immediately disappears between cuts of the conversation with the realtor.

Best $1000 anyone ever spent

That's the budget on this film. Does it look like? Sure, and that's a good thing. Added to the disturbing ickiness of the mind that must have created it. Full disclosure, I'm a sucker for gratuitous horror - stabbing, cutting, slashing bloody mosaics are like a fine wine when I"m looking to escape. What exactly lives in the attic? You'll have to watch this bad boy to find out, but trust me, you won't be disappointed. Not for everyone, but if you're sick and twisted you'll love it! Yaaaaaay slasher movies!!
