What is that... movie???

The plot says is a Horror movie about a serial killer but despite lasting not more than an hour or something I could not see the whole thing due to the boredom I was in.

A couple of deaths at the beginning-dead bodies I mean-but no clue o a serial killer whatsoever. No, thanks. The sandwich of chorazo for your mother.
