Progeny

A somewhat mild pre-finale episode. It opens with Michael and his team miraculously surviving the blast from the previous episode and sees their to the US. Jacob further make his bold move on Michael and the intensity of their rivalry has reached a new height. But what doesn't stick with me, is the predictable direction that this show takes especially now that it's coming to an end. The family kidnapping angle is incredibly tedious. The characters, aside from Jacob, lack complexity. But the subplot involving T-bag and the revelation was interesting and the ending ends with a cliffhanger which makes me curious for the finale.
