Jess Kohl is a director born in London, England. After graduating from Central Saint Martins with 1st class honours, followed by an MA in Cinematography at Goldsmiths, she has directed several award winning films, including the Grierson nominated Disciples (2021), Nirvana (2018) which gained global recognition, and A Mouthful of Petrol (2022) which had it's World Premiere at IDFA, and won Golden Frog for Best Documentary Short at CamerImage. She also works in narrative, commercials and music videos.
