On December 23 2016, he was featured on the award-winning blog 'Humans of New York'. He was approached by photographer and founder of HONY Brandon Stanton while working as a background actor during a shoot in Washington Square Park. He received nearly 7,000 Facebook fans after the post went on, thanks to Brandon linking the page to the Facebook post.
