Elham Erfani

Elham is a movie director, author and actress that has lived in Paris since 2006. She is fluent in French, English and Persian, and began her acting training at age nine at the Theatre Institute, where she was seen in several stage productions. She later joined the Drama Group in Tehran and then graduated from LISAA, a well-known fashion school in Paris. She had a brief career as a designer and was then hired as a costume designer for Crazy Hors (2009), Kolah Pahlavi (2012) and "Des amours, désamour" (2017). She also landed a role as a young lover in the film Poste Restante of Pia Cooper(2010). She was also a dialogist and assistant director for the feature film Paris to Paris (2010) which won the prize in the International section of the Fajr film festival (2011). In 2016, she studied in Esra Cinema school to pursue becoming a movie director and writer. She wrote, directed and appeared in The case of Sacrifice (2017). She continues to act and since 2019 has been coached by Jack Waltzer - a life time member of the Actor's Studio.
