Morgan Ommer ( b. 1970) is a professional photographer and filmmaker. He is based in Asia since 1996. As a photographer, he contributes to publications including Travel + Leisure, Time, Vogue, and Harpers Bazaar.
In 2016 he started experimenting with filmmaking. His short films received official selections in International film festivals throughout the world. His latest project is a VR experience ( Madame Pirate: Becoming a Legend). In 2022 this project was shown at Kaohsiung, SXSW, Cannes, NewImages, BIFAN, MIFF, and Courant 3D. He lives in Vietnam.
