Curiosidades
Tim Burton has said that this film would only be made if Michael Keaton would return to reprise his role. Keaton said in March of 2014 that this is the only sequel he's interested in doing.

Pifias
Lydia's husband is working as a civil servant in the afterlife, which means he must have committed suicide, a rule established in the previous film. However, dialogue in two separate scenes makes it clear that his death was accidental.

The newspaper in the movie states that the authorities in charge often mistake non suicide deaths for suicide, that might be why he is now a civil servant. Also, the audience doesn't know fully how he died and it's possible he went into a situation where death was highly likely aka a suicide mission.

None of the charm of the original

Disappointing and basically unfunny - just all over the place. Michael Keaton is great, but he's the only jewel in this soulless film.

There is none of the charm of the original movie anywhere to be seen. Some weak new characters, and tired jokes don't help. The plot is thin, and really doesn't tram along at all - in fact it's completely disjointed.

Difficult to think of much positive to say, even the final musical number misses the comedy of The Banana Boat song in the original. Maybe its just that we've seen all the afterworld funnies so there's nothing new here? Best let it be consigned to the sandworms!
