With humor riding the forefront, Basta tracks the ride that the families of a bride and a groom have to go on to find the deal breaker. One of the most important aspects of the wedding, the families must find the perfect gift as it will reflect their financial capability as well as their taste.

Swati wants to marry an educated men living in city rather then a village farmer,her cousin Manya loves her dearly but she ignores him.Namdev Pawar Swati's father a poor farmer decides to get her married to a boy having good job but during the Basta the family comes across his aunt who creates a scene for every small reason.Swati's to be in law's purchase a heavy Basta which Namdev can't afford which hurts Manya.The grooms aunt decides to quit the marriage if Basta isn't bought on time Namdev tries hard to get everything in place but faith becomes cruel to him.

Masterpiece

Highly recommended if you are interested to watch Family Drama. Everyone involved in the making of film has done fantastic job. Great Movie. Every cast has done brilliant acting. Direction and choreography is superb.
