This short film was a finalist in the 2006 Tropfest short film festival. Tropfest is an Australian festival which has been running since 1993, originating in Sydney. 2006 saw 700 entrants, and Glitch was chosen as one of the 16 finalists. Glitch is wonderfully unique and quirky. Its content is something many people are becoming all too familiar with, but tackled in a very new and enjoyable way.
The acting is very good, given the content, and the introduction of the character 'Norton' at the end will undoubtedly make many people giggle.
This film is directed, written and produced by Leon Ford, who had a starring role in John Doyle's 'Changi', which was awarded the Most Outstanding Mini Series/Telemovie Logie Award in 2002.
