I've seen this show since the beginning because I was very curious about it. I am 20 now so my high school years are already behind me, but it's very pleasant to see this. It's very close to reality, the acting is satisfying. The story is nothing extraordinary but it isn't supposed to be. I like this show, probably because it reminds me to my time at high school.
I don't know which the audience is they want to reach with '16+'. Is it the youth themselves? But this is their daily life? Or is it for people like me, who graduated from high school several years ago but still love looking back at this wonderful period? Or for who?
Anyway, it doesn't matter who's meant to watch. It's very enjoyable, that's what counts.
