This movie is yet to be replaced.

'Achuvinte Amma', I would say is one of the best movies ever made in Malayalam. People might dissect and over analyse movies, they might focus deep into the flaws and plot holes that they forget that the movie is made for entertainment, to relate with life and maybe to think a bit.

I watched this movie when I was 4, and I'm 22 now. The amount of nostalgia this movie brings to me is beyond words. And as always, a good Satyan Anthikad movie can do that to you.

What I love the most about this movie is that it doesn't include vulgar dialogues or jokes as most of the movies that time had. Overall an amazing women-centric movie we all needed.
