The author of the original short story which the movie is based on, Davíð Oddsson, was the prime minister of Iceland at the time of premiere.

This is one of the best comedy's i've ever seen. I can't believe all the bad criticism it is getting here! How can that be - i don't know.

I've watched it about 25 times and I still laugh my socks off - it's so funny.

Vidar Vikingsson is great in the movie as Hannes H. Adalsteinsson and the sound was incredible -good enough for an Oscar nominee!!!

One of Hrafn Gunnlaugsson's true greats. I would recommend it to everyone.

A PERFECT 10
