I one version the movie moves into present day where a family is moving into the old John Bell home it is covered up totally in vines the old car that was left is now rusted down from sitting there almost a 90 years. As the father is explaining to the family how wonderful this new house will be when they move in and fix it up, a small girl steps on a pen in the mud that was dropped over a 100 years ago and it cuts her foot, Just like John Bells Hand. we hear the witch sounds as it fades to credits. The witch is back.

Great Little Film

Wasn't sure what to expect when I started watching this movie but I was pleasantly surprised. Good acting and Loved the music but the best part about this film is that I was able to watch it with my family and not worry about some woman running across the screen, no top on screaming profanity and covered in blood. They should make more family friendly scary movies like this one and I am a big Betsy Palmer fan from way back in the 50's and her voice was really creepy as the Bell Witch but what I also enjoyed was the DVD extras with Betsy talking about how she got into show business and some of her life experiences with acting.
