Electric Sex

Nic Andrews is one of the overrated, IMHO, pornographers of the Nic/Nick appellation, as evidenced by this junker. His fame and fortune way back when rest on such ambitious features as the "Dark Angels" series (which I admire), but his more abstract (read: imitation Andrew Blake) efforts fall short.

IMDb lists this baby at 80 minutes but the DVD from New Sensations runs only a meager 70 minutes long, which seems too long given lack of content or story. Whar we have is Jewel De Nyle and other beauties mistreated in some sci-fi electrical torture contraption, putting them through a sexual wringer instead of the humiliation torture we associate with Abu Ghraib prison.

It's seven sex scenes with a less than stellar cast, though clearly Jewel, Alexandra Silk and Felecia all have their followings. Whatever measure is applied, say kink or fetish-gear content, Nic's all-flash and no pan approach is tedious and pointless. A few years later Michael Ninn would dominate this hopelessly dated approach with his endless series of portrait-style abstract porn videos spotlighting this or that pretty starlet.
