I admit I'm not the best person to review this since the version I saw had no subtitles at all (not even Italian subtitles for the deaf which I can usually follow somewhat), and unlike a lot of your more screwball Italian sex comedies, it seems to depend a lot more on dialogue and a lot less on the more universal languages of buffoonish pratfalls and gratuitous T and A. I would venture to say that this is not so much a goofy sex comedy as a slightly less goofy romantic comedy. It does have a lot of nudity (Leanora Fani is in it), but the plot and a lot of the comedy does not TOTALLY revolve around nudity and sexual situations.
As far as I can gather, the plot involves a teenage couple (Roberto Chevalier, Leanora Fani) who keep trying to sexually consummate their relationship, but events keep conspiring against them. A lot of it is their parents--the girl's father is an airline pilot and the boy's is a lawyer, and I take it that they REALLY don't like each other for some reason because the boy's father goes so far at one point as to have one of his seedy clients set his son up with a prostitute (Gabriella Giorgello) to prevent him from losing his virginity to the pretty, wholesome Fani.
The reigning queens of Italian sex comedies of this era were Edwige Fenech and Gloria Guida. Leanora Fani is not a sex bomb like those two, and they didn't make entire screwball comedies revolving around buffoonish males reacting to her scantily clad or nude body. She is more just a very cute girl-next-door type. (She eventually got a little typecast as young-looking victim in gialli and sleazy Italian dramas, most notoriously the very grubby "Giallo in Venice"). Although she got naked even more consistently than Gloria Guida and definitely did more sexually provocative stuff (like a five-minute simulated masturbation scene in "Giallo in Venice"), Fani was actually quite a bit better actress and certainly more believable as a teenager (even though she was a few years older than Guida in real life). I don't think comedy was really her forte, but this kind of comedy suits her alright. I can't judge it too much without the benefit of subtitles, but it might be worth a look, particularly if you understand Italian better than I do.
