The Butt Sisters Do Sturgis

Steve Drake puts more of a personal touch in this above-average "Butt Sisters" video, riding his motorcycle along scenic vistas as he travels from Los Angeles to Sturgis, South Dakota.

It's to attend the annual biker conclave that is held in the small town, attracting tens of thousands of curiosity seekers. Drake includes just a minute or so of this documentary footage -too bad, because if he had made like Haskell Wexler shooting his classic "Medium Cool" he might have had a memorable video.

Instead, it is pointless sex filler, starring in the title roles this time Tiffany Mynx and Sally Layd, who hitchhike to Sturgis just to have sex. They each deliver an anal sex scene, living up to the title.

Drake stops at a motel in Wyoming on the way and f*cks the desk clerk, lanky Jesse James. James recognizes him as the famous porn star Steve Drake, more of a self-advertisement than significant to the non-story. She also gets to have Sapphic sex with her gal pal Tess Newhart.

Later, Steve has sex with Selina St. Clair -her name sloppily missing from the credits. He makes cryptic phone calls on the road, leading me to wonder if this movie was supposed to have a point (and real script) that was abandoned.

Running gag is that the Butt Sisters like to hitchhike, bookending their saga with them turning down Ron Jeremy (a wise move), but getting a ride out of Sturgis from him to end the throwaway video. It could be the best of this obscure series, but that is far from a compliment.
