Jace Rocker made several quality porn comedies, and this isn't one of them. It's title riffs on the French hit "La femme NIkita" but the Rocker screenplay is more suited to Rocky & Bullwinkle.
Vanessa Chase gets star billing playing Lolita, a nothing role as daughter of rocket scientist Prof. Bermuda Schwartz (Rick Masters looking unrecognizable wearing glasses to seem nerdy). An evil ex-Nazi officer now part of the Soviets Tom Byron is the clownish villain with an amateur night costume and wig. Even sillier is Tony Tedeschi as Russian spy Uri "Noodles" Romanov, with a lousy accident and worse dialogue. He and busty Jordan Lee are assigned to capture the scientist and his daughter to obtain a valuable secret fuel formula. Roxanne Hall pops up as a British spy early in her career, while Peter North tries the Bond imitation as Agent 0014 ("twice as good").
The infantile humor and standard sex scenes are part of a chintzy production, heavy on use of stock footage. It's definitely one of Sin City's lesser efforts.
