Eyes in the back of his neck

This could have worked. The story idea is fine and the makeup effects are decent.

However! Unfortunately the acting is mediocre (especially from the disturbed boy), the editing and cuts are too erratic and the overall effect is try hard and goofy. It ends up trivialising mental illness into something ridiculous and laughable. A fail for me.
