Historia de una traición

Mildred Elizabeth Gillars nicknamed "Axis Sally" along with Rita Zucca, was an American broadcaster employed by Nazi Germany to disseminate Axis propaganda during World War II. Following her capture in post-war Berlin, she became the first woman to be tried for treason against the United States in March 1949.

In the title for the closing arguments, the title reads "Closing Arguments, Gillars v. United States". The defendant is always listed second in court actions. In this case, the United States was clearly the prosecuting agent, Gillars was obviously the defendant.

The end credits state that "the story, all names, characters, and incidents portrayed in this production are fictitious..." Which is clearly not true since the film is based on a true story and includes real historical characters that existed.
